Design concept：

Sarcopenia is an inevitable part of aging. In response to this condition, Mighty Buddies—meaning “Muscle Gain Without Leakage”—uses lively and humorous design to help the elderly recognize sarcopenia early and develop regular exercise habits. Centered on the needs of older adults, the project provides educational materials that promote both physical activity and self-realization.
