設計理念：

「肌少症」是老化不可避免的一環。為因應此現象，本專題以「添肌不可洩漏」為名，透過活潑幽默的設計，讓長者及早察覺肌少症、培養運動習慣。並以高齡者為核心，為他們製作能運動並自我實現的樂齡教材。

Design concept：

Sarcopenia is an inevitable part of aging. In response to this phenomenon, this feature is titled "Muscle Gain Without Leakage", which aims to help the elderly detect sarcopenia at an early stage and develop exercise habits through lively and humorous design. Focusing on the elderly, we will develop educational materials for the elderly who can exercise and achieve self-realization.
